What is your return policy?
All jewelry offered on our website is handmade, and due to the unique nature of our process, there may be slight variations in design and appearance. We do our best to accurately display and describe the products, but minor imperfections may occur as part of the handmade craftsmanship. Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns.
If you receive jewelry that is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing pictures of the damage. We will review the situation and work with you to address the issue.
Jewelry that is broken or damaged during wear is not the responsibility of Hannah Roisum Jewelry and cannot be returned or refunded.
